Terms of Service

Welcome to Mor Sinai Judaica. By accessing or purchasing from our website (morsinaijudaica.com), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Mor Sinai Judaica is operated by Mor Sinai Group, based in Israel. We design and handcraft luxury Judaica items including tallit and tefillin bags, challah covers, wall art, and related products. All items are made in our Israeli workshop.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to purchase from our site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We do not knowingly sell to or collect information from individuals under 18.

3. Account & Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use another user's account without permission.

We take reasonable security measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security. By using our site, you accept this risk.

4. Products & Pricing

• All products are handcrafted, and slight variations between pieces are natural and part of their character.
• Product images are representative; actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, leather grain, and natural materials.
• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing errors.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of:

• Pricing or product description errors
• Items being out of stock
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized purchases
• Inability to ship to the provided address

For personalized or made-to-order items, cancellation is only possible before production begins. Once production has started or you have approved the design proof, cancellation is not available.

6. Errors, Inaccuracies & Pricing Mistakes

We make every effort to keep our site accurate, but occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on our site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice — including after you have submitted your order. If a pricing error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you and offer the option to accept the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund.

7. Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other authorized processors. We do not store credit card details on our servers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including designs, images, text, logos, and trademarks — is the property of Mor Sinai Group and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

Custom designs created for B2B clients remain the intellectual property of Mor Sinai Group unless explicitly transferred in a separate written agreement.

9. Customer Submissions

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, design concepts, photos, reviews, or other materials (whether by email, social media, or any other means), you agree that we may use, edit, publish, or distribute such submissions without compensation or obligation. You confirm that any submission you provide does not violate the rights of any third party.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Place orders under false names or with unauthorized payment methods
• Attempt to interfere with site security or functionality
• Reproduce or resell our products without authorization
• Use the site to harass, defame, or harm others

We reserve the right to pursue legal action against any fraudulent activity to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

Mor Sinai Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mor Sinai Group, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms of Service, your violation of any law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The validity and enforceability of all remaining provisions shall not be affected.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or our products will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Changes apply only to orders placed after the update. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
