SHIPPING POLICY


Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mor Sinai Judaica. We ship handcrafted Judaica worldwide from our workshop in Israel.

Production Time

Because every item is handmade, production time varies by product. The estimated production time for each item is listed on its product page.

  • Standard (in-stock) items: typically ship within 5-10 business days
  • Made-to-order items: production time as specified on each product page
  • Personalized items (engraving, embroidery, custom details): production time as specified on each product page

Production time begins after order confirmation and, for personalized items, after you approve the design proof we send to your email.

Shipping Options

At checkout, you will be presented with multiple shipping options to choose from, including:

  • FedEx International Priority — our fastest and most reliable door-to-door service, with full tracking and insurance
  • Standard international shipping via trusted carriers (USPS, EMS, and others)
  • Express options for time-sensitive orders

The exact options, transit times, and costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and service level.

Estimated Transit Times (after dispatch)

  • United States & Canada: 3-10 business days (depending on service selected)
  • Europe & UK: 3-10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5-14 business days

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by customs processing, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.

We are required to declare the accurate value of all shipments. We cannot mark packages as "gift" or under-declare values.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any associated fees, which will be deducted from any refund.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update with the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us at mor.sinai.j@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.

For packages marked as "delivered" but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors and your local post office
  2. Wait 48 hours (packages sometimes show delivered before arrival)
  3. Contact us if the package still has not arrived

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping to a corrected address is at the customer's expense.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, the carrier and the customer bear responsibility for the package.
