Return & Refund Policy

At Mor Sinai Judaica, every piece is handcrafted with care in our Israeli workshop. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Personalized & Custom Items — Final Sale

All items featuring personalization (engraving, embroidery, custom names, custom colors, custom dimensions, or any made-to-order modifications) are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Each personalized piece is crafted specifically for you and cannot be resold. Before production begins on any personalized item, we will send you a confirmation email with all personalization details (spelling, design, colors). Production begins only after your written approval, so please review carefully.

Exception: If we make an error on the personalization (incorrect spelling from what you approved, wrong design, wrong colors), we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

Standard (Non-Personalized) Items

Standard items in their original, unused condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply

You may choose between a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for another item, or store credit (which never expires).

Defective Items & Manufacturing Issues

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 180 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of both the item and the packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and replace the item at no cost.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at mor.sinai.j@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photos (for damage or defect claims)
    • Preferred resolution (refund, exchange, store credit, or repair)
  2. Wait for our Return Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Store credit is issued immediately upon inspection.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return shipment. Please mark return packages clearly as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid duplicate customs charges.
