Mor Sinai Gear - Return, Warranty, and Cancellation Policy

General Terms of Use

These terms are written in the masculine form for convenience but apply to all genders. Please read these terms of use carefully.

1. The website contains an online store for purchasing products, and these terms of use apply when using or purchasing products on the site.

2. The site and all services provided through it, including design, content, trademarks, systems, and algorithms, are protected under copyright laws and intellectual property rights.

3. Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, or using the content appearing on the site in any other way is prohibited.

4. Use and purchase of products on the site constitute your agreement to these terms of use.

5. The terms of use written in this policy are the only rules that will bind the business owners and site operators towards users of the site's services.

6. The terms of use may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the site operators without notice. Changes will apply only to products/services purchased after the change.

7. If you do not agree to the terms of the policy, you are requested not to register on the site or place orders.

8. The exclusive jurisdiction for any matter arising from the use of the site is only in the competent courts in Tel Aviv, and only the laws of the State of Israel will apply to the use of the site.

Return Policy

1. Return Process: a. Contact Us: Initiate the return process by emailing us at mor.sinai.j@gmail.com. b. Provide Details: Include your order/invoice number, purchase date, contact information, reason for the return, and specify the action you would like (replacement, repair, return, or credit). c. Obtain RMA: Upon approval, obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Customer Service team. d. Follow Instructions: Our team will provide detailed instructions along with your assigned return number (RMA#).

2. Return Guidelines: a. All returns require prior approval from Mor Sinai Gear within 30 days of receiving the product. b. Products must be returned in new, unused condition for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) or an exchange. c. Return shipping costs to Mor Sinai Gear are the customer's responsibility. d. Exchanged or replaced products will be shipped to the customer at our expense.

3. Restocking Fee: Some returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damages caused by: a. Misuse, abuse, accidents, floods, fires, earthquakes, or other external factors. b. Usage beyond the prescribed and authorized recommendations by Mor Sinai Gear. c. Unauthorized repairs or actions taken by individuals not representing Mor Sinai Gear. d. Removal or illegibility of Mor Sinai Gear serial numbers or product IDs.

Order Cancellation

1. Cancellation Authorization: We reserve the right to cancel an order or issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) under specific circumstances, including but not limited to cases where merchandise has been advertised in error, is out of stock, deviates from the stated specifications, or has been dispatched in error.

2. Backordered Items: Any backordered item will not be maintained as open beyond 30 days without explicit consent from the customer.

3. Cancellation Requests: Order cancellations are generally not feasible unless the shipment has been significantly delayed, surpassing the indicated shipping timeframe. We will accommodate cancellation requests received before the actual shipping date of the product(s) if they do not ship within the specified time.

Fraud Prevention

Placing an order under a false name or with an invalid or unauthorized credit card is a legal violation. We retain the right to take legal action and pursue prosecution to the fullest extent allowed by law against any individuals involved in such activities.

Use of the Site

1. The user of the site must be 18 years of age or older and have legal capacity.

2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and username.

3. Opening an account for any third party without their express consent is prohibited.

4. Users will not use the details and passwords of other users in violation of the law.

5. The site is released from liability for any technical malfunction, interference, or site crash.

6. The company takes security measures to protect user information but cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

7. By using the site, users waive any claims against the company regarding security breaches or information intrusions.

8. The company may remove any content or suspend any user account at its discretion without notice.

9. The site serves as an intermediary between third-party suppliers and users for personal, non-commercial import.

10. The company does not store users' credit card details on its servers or elsewhere.
